Simply put, LUVSEAT™ is the curvature of a Chaco footbed. Place your feet firmly on the floor. Look at your feet. Are you wearing Chacos? Do they feel great? It's because your feet and body are properly supported and aligned by the LUVSEAT™ footbed. With the assistance of a certified pedorthist, Gerhard Rill, OSM, CPed, Chaco designed the contours of their footbed to control pronation and maximize performance. The LUVSEAT™ footbed ensures a supported, comfortable stride in any activity, and as a result, has been awarded the Seal of Acceptance by the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA). The APMA Seal of acceptance is intended to raise consumer awareness by identifying products of exceptional quality that are manufactured with comfort, health and safety in mind. Chaco shoes do a body good. To absorb shock, the foot naturally pronates (flexes, rolls). Overpronation occurs when the foot rolls too far inward, resulting in stress on the muscles and tendons of the foot.
