How to return an item
If you are returning gear that is in used condition, send an email to email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. We will create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your item and provide return instructions (don’t worry, they’re easy and painless).
If we made a mistake, give us a call at: 714-902-9168 so we can make it right! We'll walk you through the return process, send you a pre-paid shipping label, and refund your purchase as soon as we receive your shipment.
If you lost your receipt or cannot find your Order Number, please contact customer service at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your gear is in new, unworn condition, in the original packaging, with tags attached, and it is within 30 days of delivery, you are eligible for Free Return Shipping!
Wrong size? Bad color? Didn’t fit? Not a problem! Just send an email to email@example.com with your order number, product to return, and reason for return, and we’ll send you a Free return shipping label right away!
Once we have received your return and it is inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original payment method. *
*If you received a free return shipping label and your product is not in new, resalable condition, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. Free return shipping applies only to the Lower 48 US customers.
Exchanges are simple. Just reorder the item you want on our web site for immediate shipment, and follow the return instructions above. You will be charged for the new item, and your refund will be processed when we receive the returned item.
