Returns

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We will gladly take back any new, unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange. If the return is due to our error or the product is defective upon arrival, we will cover or credit you the cost of return shipping. For returns for any other reason, you must cover the cost of shipping.

To return an item, simply ship the item INSURED with tracking number or delivery confirmation to:

Please include a copy of the packing slip or electronic receipt with the reason for the return.

Returns MUST be postmarked or shipped within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for any refund or exchange.

Any item returned that is not in its original condition and packaging will incur a charge up to the item's full price depending on the extend of damage.

Be sure to FULLY INSURE your return shipment and if using USPS get Delivery Confirmation. We are not responsible for lost shipments.

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to process your return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are simple. Just reorder the item you want on our web site for immediate shipment, and follow the return instructions above. You will be charged for the new item, and your refund will be processed when we receive the returned item.
