Wrong size? Bad color? Didn’t fit? Just don’t like it? If the item you want to return is in new, unused/unworn condition--including tags and original packaging--and it’s been less than 30 days since your purchase date, we’ve got you covered with Free Return Shipping!
Just send an email to the Customer Service GearCoopers at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the item you’re returning, and the reason you’re not happy with it. We’ll put together a free return shipping label for you - all you have to worry about is dropping it in the mailbox. It couldn’t be easier.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund and credit your original payment method** so you can grab some new gear.
**If, upon inspection, we determine that your returned item is not in resalable condition, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. Free return shipping only applies to customers in the continental United States.
Returning a Used Item
Those climbing shoes left your feet mangled after a day on the wall? That waterproof shell shielded you from rain, but felt like a sauna inside? This sleeping bag was rated to keep you toasty, but you had to cocoon in your clothes to survive the night? If you didn’t love your gear, return it!
Used gear must be returned within a year of its delivery date, so as soon as you figure out something’s just not right for you, let us know. Send an email to email@example.com with your order number, the item you’re returning, and the reason you want it gone. We’ll send over a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and step-by-step return instructions. (Don’t worry, they’re painless.)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item to make sure it hasn’t been abused, we’ll process your refund and credit your original payment method.
