Don’t love your gear? We stand behind every product we sell. While we do appreciate returns that are in new, resalable condition, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product purchased from us, we'll take it back for a full refund or exchange. For life.

Standard Returns

For standard returns there is no need to get a Return Authorization, simply package your:

  1. Gear
  2. Receipt or Order Confirmation
  3. Reason you wish to return (to help us improve our product selection).
  4. All product tags (if you still have them) and

Please include a copy of the packing slip, electronic receipt, or order number with the reason for the return.

Be sure to FULLY INSURE your return shipment and if using USPS get Delivery Confirmation. We are not responsible for lost shipments.

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to process your return.

If we made a mistake, give us a call at: 714-902-9168 so we can make it right! We'll walk you through the return process, send you a pre-paid shipping label, and refund your purchase as soon as we receive your shipment.

Exchanges are simple. Just reorder the item you want on our web site for immediate shipment, and follow the return instructions above. You will be charged for the new item, and your refund will be processed when we receive the returned item.
