Return a used item
Used gear must be returned within a year of its delivery date, so as soon as you figure out something's just not right for you, let us know. Send an email to email@example.com with your order number, the item you're returning, and the reason you want it gone. We'll send over a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and step-by-step return instructions. (Don't worry, they're painless.) Once we receive and inspect your returned item to make sure it hasn't been abused, we'll process your refund and credit your original payment method.
Please include a copy of the packing slip, electronic receipt, or order number with the reason for the return.
· Be sure to FULLY INSURE your return shipment and if using USPS get Delivery Confirmation.
· We are not responsible for lost shipments.
· Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to process your return.
· Oversized items like skis are not permitted for free returns.
