What We Collect
We collect personal information you provide directly when you interact with us. Examples of these types of interactions include but are not limited to: creating an account, updating personal information, reviewing a product or service, interacting with any of the Services, participating in programs or initiatives, purchasing products, engaging with us via social media, engaging with customer service or otherwise communicating with us. The information you provide us includes but is not limited to your name, physical address, email address, social media accounts and handles, phone number, date of birth, gender, user preferences and interests, photos, product reviews, sizing information, payment information and any other information you choose to provide. In addition to the information you provide us, some information is automatically collected such as transaction details, log and device information, location information (as permitted by various mobile device systems) and information collected by cookies.
Use and Disclosure of Information
We use the information we collect in a variety of ways, chief among them to provide, maintain and improve our Services. Additionally, the information is used to:
- Process transactions and send you related information
- Assist you with support, updates, security and technical notices related to your use of the Services
- Provide customer service and address/respond to comments, questions or concerns
- Improve user experience through personalized marketing and third-party advertising
- Increase the security and integrity of the Services and to guard against fraud

Third Party Services
All of the categories of personal information that you provide or that we collect may be shared with third party service providers in order to provide and improve the Services. In general, third-party service providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. Importantly, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors have their own privacy policies which govern the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you are entitled to make requests regarding your personal information. You can request a copy of the information we collect about you, including a list of the categories of information we have sold in addition to categories of information that we have shared with another business. You have the right to request that we delete your personal information and you have the right to request that we stop selling your personal information.
