With the optimal blend of style and stretch, the Black Diamond Stretch Font Pants are classic twill pants that are as capable on the city streets as they are on the world-famous blocs of their namesake. The twill pants climbing-specific gusset and rollable cuffs assist with slopey mantles and technical footwork, while the clean, modern slim-fit tackles both the espresso stop that begins the day and the empty pint that ends it.

Great fitting pants

These pants are excellent. I mostly wear them as everyday casual pants because after discovering crotch gussets and articulated knees I can't go back to regular pants. These pants, unlike many other outdoor pants, also don't have an overly loose fit or cargo pockets so they look great as well. I'm a 32" waist and got a size 32 and they fit well. A 31 might have been better but they fit well nonetheless. At rest the legs seem maybe a little long but that means that they provide full coverage even when stretching your legs in all sorts of directions where normal pants would expose the ankles, so it works out in the end. Most importantly I can run, jump, stretch, you name it, all without the pants binding at the knee or pressing uncomfortably into my crotch. The material is sturdier than a lot of super-thin synthetic hiking pants, but of course they're no where near the thickness of something like jeans. I'd say they feel more like a light khaki, which is nice if you wear these as everyday pants.
