We're True to the Trail-every trail. That includes cobblestone alleys in foreign cities, concrete commutes, and the line from Pub A to Z. With the Mendenhall on your feet, you're covered-the downplayed style works for gallery hops and board meetings, while a cotton-poly lining keeps you from losing your cool. Concealing the BFit Deluxe Insole and toe and heel counters, the Mendenhall offers the support of a hiking shoe-in a lightweight package suited to the urban jungle.
  • O FIT Insole: Our proprietary insole is what we're known for. Molded to match the specific shape and construction of every pair we make, this purpose-designed technology delivers the kind of fit, feel and performance that's unmatched in the industry.
  • UPPER: Nubuck leather with a DWR treatment protect feet in style while cotton-poly canvas panels allow for breathability.
  • MOUNTAIN TOWN MIDSOLE: Designed for urban missions (brewery hopping, skateboarding, etc.) but inspired by hiking boots. This midsole offers cushioning for a Comfort ride with enough support for the trail.
  • MOUNTAIN TOWN OUTSOLE: Low-profile lugs deliver nimble, multi-sport performance and still support impromptu hikes with plenty of grip and traction.
  • We plant a tree for every pair of Oboz sold.

    Great walking shoe

Compared to my other Oboz shoes, this one feels a size larger, so you may want to get a size smaller than you normally wear. A very comfy shoe for the city dweller. I travel a lot on business and used to take three pairs of shows with me: Dress shoes for the meetings/conferences, sneakers for the gym, everyday walking shoes for the flight/leisure. The Mendenhall doubles up as a sneaker for the gym and a comfy walking shoe for leisure or city-hikes. The only downsides I could find were: A. The sizing issue as described. B. The inside of the heel starts wearing out after 9 months of use.

We won't do anything without asking your permission first. These are your images, we just hope they can help future outdoor enthusiasts find the gear they need.
