Our One Year Guarantee

One year.12 months. 365 days. However you slice it, we realize it may take a bit to figure out if your new gear acquisition has legs. If you get cold feet, or it’s just not working out, we back everything we sell with a one year satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase you have up to one year to return the item for a refund or replacement with a few exceptions.

*Items must be laundered and cleaned in order to qualify for a return.

*One year guarantee does not apply to items deemed to be worn out from regular use or damaged due to abuse, neglect or accidents.

*Private sale items are final sale and sold as is.


Return Policy

Returns should be a painless, seamless process, and that’s why we offer a $5 flat rate* UPS shipping label for eligible U.S. customers returning products. Simply email info@gearcoop.com with your order number, the item you’re returning, and the reason you’re calling it quits. Once Customer Service receives your request, a representative will respond with a prepaid shipping label. Print your label, tape it to the outside of your return package, and drop it off at the nearest UPS store. After inspecting the returned item to ensure it meets our return policy, we’ll process your refund and credit your original payment method minus the $5 flat rate shipping.

Please include a copy of the packing slip, electronic receipt, or order number along with the reason for the return.

  • Gear Coop is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
  • Returns processed outside of our customer service department are not valid for refund.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your return, good things come to those who wait.

*Products that require freight (skis, snowboards, etc.) may not be eligible for the $5 flat rate.

If an item purchased from www.gearcoop.com ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will take it back and give you a replacement or refund at any time, no matter when you bought it. We got you.

The easiest way to exchange an item is to mash two potatoes with one fork. Go purchase the item you want before somebody else swoops you and then follow the above steps for returning your original purchase. You’ll be charged for the new order and then refunded as soon as we process your return shipment. Easy as pie, or potatoes!


Wrong Orders

Sometimes perfection eludes us. If we mistakenly sent you the wrong size, color, or item, don’t worry, you won’t pay a dime.

Call us at 714-928-7389, Monday - Saturday, 8am-5pm PT. We’ll get the return process started and send you a prepaid shipping label so you’re not on the hook for anything.

Our One-Year Guarantee and return policy only apply to items purchased at www.gearcoop.com or in our store.

Sorry, items purchased through Amazon or other third-party sites are not eligible; please consult their specific policies for details.
