Where does my order ship from?
Orders ship from various fulfillment center locations in the U.S. Your order may be split into multiple shipments. You should receive shipping confirmations and tracking numbers via email for each package.

Do you charge sales tax?
No. The price you see is always the price you pay. For California shipments, sales tax is included in the online price.

Can you ship to addresses outside the United States?
We are only able to ship to U.S. addresses including APO/FPO and U.S. Territories. Shipping offers are limited to the contiguous U.S. (i.e. lower 48 states) only. P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, DPO addresses are not eligible. Weekends and holidays are excluded from shipping times. Exceptions and restrictions apply.

Return a used item
Used gear must be returned within a year of its delivery date, so as soon as you figure out something's just not right for you, let us know. Send an email to with your order number, the item you're returning, and the reason you want it gone. We'll send over a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and step-by-step return instructions. (Don't worry, they're painless.) Once we receive and inspect your returned item to make sure it hasn't been abused, we'll process your refund and credit your original payment method.

Please include a copy of the packing slip, electronic receipt, or order number with the reason for the return.

· Be sure to FULLY INSURE your return shipment and if using USPS get Delivery Confirmation.
· We are not responsible for lost shipments.
· Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to process your return.
· Oversized items like skis are not permitted for free returns.
