One year to make sure the product works for you!

We know it takes time to make sure a product works for you. We want to honor this necessity by giving you a one year guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have up to a year to return it for a full refund (minus a $5 flat rate for shipping). It is important that this policy does not get taken advantage of. Gear will be scrutinized for inappropriate use, and general wear and tear which will void the return policy. Please don't be the person that ruins this guarantee for the rest of our community by taking advantage of it.

 

How to use the guarantee.

To make shipping a return easy and painless, we offer a $5 flat-rate* UPS shipping label for eligible U.S. customers returning products. Send an email to cs@gearcoop.com with your order number, the item you're returning, and the reason you want it gone. Once Customer Service receives your request, a representative will respond with a prepaid shipping label.Print your label, tape it to the outside of your return package, and drop it off at a UPS store at your convenience. The $5 flat rate for the label will be deducted from the refund for the return of your new or used items. Once we receive and inspect your returned item to make sure it hasn't been abused, we'll process your refund and credit your original payment method.

Please include a copy of the packing slip, electronic receipt, or order number with the reason for the return.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
  • Returns that are not processed through our customer service department are not valid for refund.
  • Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to process your return.

*Products that require freight (skis, snowboards, etc.) may not be eligible for the $5 flat rate.

You know what you're returning, and you already know what you want to get instead?

For near-instant satisfaction, don't wait for your return to process. Just immediately order the item you actually want. That way, your size/color won't go out of stock and you'll have it in just a few days—then follow the applicable return instructions above. You'll be charged for the new order, and we'll process your refund as soon as we receive your return shipment.

D'oh! Did we screw up and send you the wrong size/color/style/anything? We'll make sure you don't pay for it, in any way.

Call us at 714-928-7389, Monday - Saturday, 8am-5pm PT. We'll walk you through the return process and send you a prepaid shipping label so you don't have to worry about any costs on your end.

Our One-Year Guarantee and return polices only apply to items purchased at www.gearcoop.com or in our store.
