Used and new gear must be returned within a year of its delivery date, so as soon as you figure out something's just not right for you, let us know. We'll send over a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and step-by-step return instructions. (Don't worry, they're painless.) Once we receive and inspect your returned item to make sure it hasn't been abused, we'll process your refund and credit your original payment method.
